Administrative Assistant

FinanceLIP (Finance Literacy Improvement Program) is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting financial literacy and enhancing our online presence.

About FinanceLIP: FinanceLIP is a program of the Retirement Life Hub (RLH) Limited, a company dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve financial well-being and lead fulfilling lives. The program focuses on financial preparedness and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content to reach and engage our target audience
  • Coordinate events,training and scheduling management
  • Promote and execute marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Respond to inquiries and comments 
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms 
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Promote products and services 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related course
  • 2 years of proven experience in execution of the above tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design skills (a plus)
  • Passion for financial literacy and a desire to make a positive impact
