The Trainers of Trainers (ToT) course is a fast-paced and dynamic program to empower participants to train, guide, and support career transition and retirement preparedness in their organizations. There is a growing recognition and challenge of various means and ways employees change careers and retire today than ever before.
Career transition and retirement preparedness is a phase in life every working employee meets in their career journey. It is a complex, dynamic, and fast-changing lifelong learning process that requires skills, updated information, and tools to empower teams to support their staff on an ongoing basis.
